In 2019, I started a dental staffing company that helped practice owners recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for their dental practices. This quickly grew and evolved into a consulting group focused on developing strategic solutions for practice growth and operational efficiency. As the demand for comprehensive advisory services increased, we expanded our expertise beyond staffing to include real estate, practice transitions, and business development.
In 2024, JRA Healthcare acquired Arch Dental, merging into a specialized advisory group that provides a broader range of services to support the evolving needs of dental professionals.
